Life is Good...

Okay, so we all know that the price of gas is OUT OF CONTROL, food is getting more and more expensive, and that the big ol' check I'm getting from Dubya is going toward bills. But really, life is good. It is unfortunate that we (society as a whole) spend WAY too much time dwelling on anything negative, and forget about all the things for which we should feel fortunate. Do you have a place to live? Do you have a family that loves you, that cares about you, regardless of your social status?

We attend a very small church here in Traverse City, "grassroots," as Kirk calls it. And every week, something little happens or is said during our service that reminds me that life is indeed good and we all need to STOP being so negative. Yes, that includes me! Everyone, tell someone that you care about them, that you appreciate them, and give them a hug.

I will be in Southfield Thursday, unfortunately I will leave thursday also. If you hear a faint "Hi Lori!". That was me saying hello. :)

Yes, but I wasn't sure if it was you or just the normal voices I hear in my head...
